Abstract

The niain objcctn’c of f his researdi is fo analyze the change of the Balance ofPaynzenf in Indonesia country lied viz variables fha! derived of the Keynesian Balance of Payment Theory (KBPT) and flic Monetary Approach fo the Balance ofPatinzenf (MABP). This rL’lrch used Error Correction Model (ECM) to analyze the shortrin effect and the long terni effect on Balance of Payment .The results showed flint in the long run the National Income, the Domestic Credit, the Exchange Rate and flic Interest Rafe can Linge flic Foreign Exchange Reserve significantly partially and simultaneously. Moreover flic result s shou’t’d that flic effect of the independent variables fo fixe Foreign Exchange Reserve is fixe same as the hypotheses
