Abstract

Sakala Studio merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang fotografi dan videografi yang menyediakan layanan jasa foto dan video kepada pelanggan untuk mengabadikan momen. Sakala Studio saat ini menghadapi persoalan terkait dengan desain User Interface (UI) situs web mereka. Pengguna kesulitan menemukan informasi dan situs tidak responsif, yang mengurangi kepuasan dan mengakibatkan penurunan jumlah pengunjung. Untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna dan mendukung strategi pemasaran, diperlukan perbaikan UI yang lebih inovatif dan user-friendly. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang user interface (UI) yang inovatif dan responsif pada sistem informasi pemasaran Sakala Studio dengan menggunakan metode Design Thinking. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Design Thinking. Tahapan penelitian dalam metode Design Thinking ada 5 proses yaitu Empathize (Empati), Define (Mendefinisikan), Ideate (Idea), Prototype dan Testing (Uji Coba). Penelitian ini menghasilkan rancangan User Interface website Sakala Studio yang dikembangkan dengan metode Design Thinking yang berfokus pada kebutuhan user. Rancangan User Interface website Sakala Studio telah melewati tahap testing ke 20 responden menggunakan metode SUS (System Usability Scale). Pada percentile rank skor SUS masuk pada rentang 90%-95% yang berarti skor lebih baik 90% dari skor lainnya, pada grade masuk kategori A yang berarti performa prototype baik, pada adjective masuk kategori excellent yang berarti kualitas prototype baik, pada acceptable masuk kategori acceptable yang berarti prototype dapat diterima penggunaannya, dan terakhir pada NPS masuk kategori promoter yang berarti prototype layak untuk direkomendasikan pada masyarakat umum. Sakala Studio is a company engaged in photography and videography that provides photo and video services to customers to capture moments. Sakala Studio is currently facing problems related to the design of their website's User Interface (UI). Users have difficulty finding information and the site is unresponsive, which reduces satisfaction and results in a decrease in the number of visitors. To improve user experience and support marketing strategies, a more innovative and user-friendly UI is needed. The purpose of this study is to design an innovative and responsive user interface (UI) on the Sakala Studio marketing information system using the Design Thinking method. The research methodology used is the Design Thinking method. There are 5 stages of research in the Design Thinking method, namely Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype and Testing. This study resulted in a design of the Sakala Studio website User Interface which was developed using the Design Thinking method that focuses on user needs. The design of the Sakala Studio website User Interface has passed the testing stage for 20 respondents using the SUS (System Usability Scale) method. In the percentile rank, the SUS score is in the range of 90%-95%, which means the score is better than 90% of the other scores, in grade it is in category A, which means the prototype performance is good, in adjective it is in the excellent category, which means the prototype quality is good, in acceptable it is in the acceptable category, which means the prototype can be accepted for use, and finally in NPS it is in the promoter category, which means the prototype is worthy of being recommended to the general public.
