Abstract

Pursuant to the mentioned hence writer try to lift research with title “Analisis Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan (Studi Pada CV. Yudistira Motor Kaliwungu Kabupaten Kendal) ”. Research concerning influence of is quality of service to customer loyalties at CV.
