Abstract

Nowdays, Supply Chain Management (SCM) becomes one anather icon of strategic factors to achieve a competitive advantage. This research is a SCM case stuady in agroindustry especially sugar industry at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IX – Sragi Sugar Refinerie, Pekalongan, Central Java Province. The objectives of study is analysis and mapping of performance SCM problems of Sragi Sugar Refinerie, especially about value advantage and productivity advantage. The result showed that cleaning sugar cane , the age of sugar cane, damage calamus and rendemen can increase productivity in the value of the supply chain management performance. While restan and the sugarcane could not increase productivity value. Daily productivity and each season is nice but the cost of labor at the time not yet calculated so that necessary production research continued.
