Abstract

Purpose of the article describes role of psychological conditions, self worth, and personal characteristics in the development of effective leadership (transformational) conceptually. Education and experience of human life formed an individual's personality. Personality of an individual leads to individual behaviors. The foundation of an individual's personality is the individual's psychological state and self-value is owned. Base of personality are psychological state at locus of control, and goal-orientation in learning or performance. Base of self value are at the level of religious or spiritual intelligence that leads to good or bad behavior. The personal characteristics reflect on an individual's innate physical appearances, such as humorous, sociable, and open. The latter part of the discussion of the article about role of the psychological condition, self value, and personal characteristics in the development of effective leadership (transformational).
