Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of corporate image on customer loyalty and satisfaction on the ADA Majapahit Hyderabad Supermarkets partially simultaneously and to identify the dominant variables that influence. In this study the researcher used the purposive sampling method and sample as much as 96 samples obtained from 120 questionnaires distributed to consumers Supermarkets ADA Majapahit Semarang, the questionnaire later in the data validity, reliability, and normality. To test the hypothesis using ANOVA test and T test. Based on test results, either partially or simultaneously showed that the effect of variable image and satisfaction with the loyalty variable is positive and significantly positive, this conclusion is there is influence between image and satisfaction with customer loyalty Supermarkets ADA Majapahit Semarang.
