Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh atau seberapa besar pengaruh variabel kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja2dan disiplin kerja6terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor3Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Kelas I Tanjung Emas Semarang. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan skala likert dengan bobot 1-5. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai yang berjumlah 168 pegawai, maka teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Jadi sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 118. Uji instrumen menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda untuk menjelaskan hubungan antar variabel tersebut dengan progam spss 16. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan secara simultankepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, disiplin kerjaberpengaruhterhadap kinerja pegawai. Secara parsial 7kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, disiplinxkerja memiliki pengaruh positifzterhadap kinerja pegawai. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect or how much influence the variables of leadership, work motivation and work discipline on the performance of employees at KSOP Class I Tanjung Emas Semarang. This research is quantitative by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale with weights 1-5. The population in this study were all employees, amounting to 168 employees. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. the sample in this study amounted to 118. The test instrument uses the test of validity and reliability. Hypothesis testing uses multiple regression analysis to explain the relationship between these variables with the SPSS 16 program. The results of the study indicate that simultaneously leadership, work motivation, work discipline have an influence on employee performance. Partially leadership, work motivation, work discipline have a positive influence on employee performance.
