Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadapkinerjakaryawan PDAM Tirta Moedal Kota Semarang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dari penelitian ini adalah menggunakan Simple Ramdom Sampling yang berjumlah 100 orang. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner (angket) dengan cara menyebar daftar pernyataan kepada responden guna mendapatkan informasi. Data terkumpul menggunakan analisis faktor untuk menguji validitas item pernyataan, rumus Cronbach Alpha untuk menguji reliabilitas instrument, analisis regresi untuk menguji besarnya pengaruh secara parsial masing masing variabel bebas yang diuji dengan analisis regresi. Adapun hasil penelitian adalah : (1) Motivasi kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (2) Disiplin kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (3) Lingkungan kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of the motivation, work discipline, and work environment on the performance of employees of PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang City. The sampling techniqui of this study was simple random sampling which amounted 100 people. Collecting data uses questionnaires (questionnaires) by distributing a list of statement to respondents in order to obtain information. Data collected using factor analysis to test the validity of item statement, the Cronbach Alpha formula to test intrument reliability, regression analysis to examine the effect of partially each independent variable tested by resgression analysis. The reseacrch results are : (1) motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee perfomance, (3) work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
