Abstract
Penelitian inii bertujuanbuntuk menganalisis pengaruhikepemimpinann, motivasiidan disiplinnkerjasterhadap.kinerja.karyawanbpada CV Mitra Berkat Indokreasi Semarang. Populasiipenelitian ini adalah karyawan CV Mitra Berkat Indokreasi Semarang. Pengambilannsampel dilakukan denganateknik sensus sebanyak 100 responden. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis faktor untuk menguji validitas item pernyataan, pengujian reliabilitas menggunakan cronbach alpha, dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil pengujian regresi linier berganda diperoleh bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif tidak signifikan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan, terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. This.study aims to analyzeethe influenceeof leadershipp, motivationn,AandAwork disciplineSon the employeesperfomancesat CV Mitra Berkat Indokreasi Semarang. PopulationSin this researchjis employeesdof CV Mitra Berkat Indokreasi Semarang. Samplingfwas done by sensusssampling techniquewwith a total sample 100 respondentsv. The data collected were analyzedsusing factor analysis to the test validityiof questionsitems, the reliability testing using cronbach alpha , and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression. Regressionstesting resultwshow that are positivefsignificantoinfluence of leadership2to employee performances, there are positive significant of motivation to employee perfomance, and there is positive significant of work discipline to employee perfomance.
