Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan, kompensaai, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu karyawan PDAM Tirta Moedal Kota Semarang. Total populasi berjumlah 430 karyawan kemudian menggunakan rumus Slovin untuk menentukan hasil. Nilai maksimal sampelnya yaitu sebanyak 207 karyawan dan sampel yang diambil sejumlah 108 karyawan. Metode pengumpulan datanya menggunakan metode kuesioner yang disebar kepada karyawan yang terpilih untuk menjadi sampel. Hasil penelitian variabel pelatihan yaitu pelatihan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Untuk hasil variabel kompensasi yaitu kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan variabel motivasi yaitu motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. This study aims to analyze the effect of training, compensation, and work motivation on employee performance. The population in this study is the employees of PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang City. The total population of 430 employees then uses the Slovin formula to determine results. The maximum value of the sample is 207 employees and the sample taken is 108 employees. The data collection method uses a questionnaire method which is distributed to selected employees to be sampled. The results of the training variable research that training has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. For the compensation variable results, compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. While the motivation variable that is motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
