Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, motivasi dan kompensasi, terhadap kinerja pegawai. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data primer dengan jumlah populasi 80 responden yang semuanya digunakan sebagai sampel, dengan kuesioner sebagai instrument penelitian, Uji validitas menggunakan analisis faktor dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan Cronbach Alpha. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier, yang kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS 19 (Statistical Product and Solutions). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang tidak signifikan antara kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai, motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, motivation and compensation, on employee performance. The data used in this study are primary data with a population of 80 respondents all of which are used as samples, with questionnaires as research instruments, validity test using factor analysis and reliability testing using Cronbach Alpha. The data analysis technique used is linear regression analysis, which is then processed using SPSS 19 (Statistical Product and Solutions). The results showed that there was no significant effect between leadership on employee performance, motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and compensation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance
