Abstract

Penelitian dengan judul “Analisis Pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi,,Pengalaman Kerja,,Profesionalisme dan Akuntabilitas Terhadap Kinerja Auditor Internal ”ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasi,pengalaman kerja, profesionalisme dan akuntabilitas terhadap kinerja auditor pada BNI Semarang Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 45 orang auditor internal Kantor Wilayah BNI Semarang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan adalah sensus. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, komitmen organisasional, pengalaman kerja, dan profesionalisme berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja auditor internal pada BNI Semarang. Sedangkan akuntabilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja auditor internal pada BNI Semarang. ABSTRACT This research entitled”Analysis of the Effect of Organizational Commitment,Work Experience,Professionalism and Accountability on Auditor Internal Performance”.aims to analyze the effect of organizational commitment,work experience,professionalism and accountability on auditor performance at BNI Semarang. The sample used in this study was 45 internal auditors at the BNI Semarang Regional Office. The sampling technique using is census. Data collection methods in this study used a questionnaire. The method of data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, organizational commitment, work experience, and professionalism have a positive effect on the performance of internal auditors at BNI Semarang. While accountability does not affect the performance of internal auditors at BNI Semarang.
