Abstract
Penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh efikasi diri, kompetensi profesional terhadap komitmen etik profesional yang di moderasi oleh budaya organisasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Rs Islam Muhammadyah Roemani Semarang, objek yang diteliti adalah para perawat di Rs Islam Muhammadyah Roemani Semarang. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar oleh peneliti dengan periode penelitian tahun 2019 sampai dengan 2020. Hubungan dan atau pengaruh antar variabel dijelaskan dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda dan moderated regression analysis (mra) pada SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa efikasi diri merupakan excluded variabel atau tidak ada pengaruh terhadap komitmen etik profeisonal melainkan berpengaruh dengan model yang lain, kompetensi profesional berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap komitmen etik profesional, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap komitmen etik profesional, Variabel Moderasi memperkuat hubungan efikasi diri dengan komitmen etik profesional dan Variabel Moderasi melemahkan hubungan Kompetensi profesional dengan komitmen etik profesional This study was to examine the effect of self-efficacy, professional competence on professional ethical commitments moderated by organizational culture. The research was conducted at the Islamic Muhammadyah Roemani Hospital Semarang, the object of study was the nurses at the Muhammadyah Roemani Islamic Hospital Semarang. The sampling method uses a questionnaire distributed by researchers with the study period 2019 to 2020. The relationship and or influence between variables is explained by using multiple regression analysis and moderated regression analysis (mra) methods in SPSS version 22. The results of the study prove that self-efficacy is an excluded variable or there is no effect on professional ethical commitments but rather with other models, professional competence has a significant positive effect on professional ethical commitment, organizational culture has a significant positive effect on professional ethical commitment, Moderation Variables strengthen the relationship of efficacy oneself with professional ethical commitment and Variable Moderation weakens the relationship of professional competence with professional ethical commitment
