Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, lingkungan kerja dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan produksi pada PT MAS SUMBIRI Boja, Kendal sebanyak 765 orang. Sampel yang diambil sejumlah 88 responden, dengan menggunakan metode convenience sampling yaitu memilih sampel dari elemen populasi (orang atau kejadian) yang datanya mudah diperoleh peneliti. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengujian hipotesis kedua menunjukkan bahwa Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengujian hipotesis ketiga menunjukkan bahwa Pengembangan Karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan . Penelitian ini memiliki implikasi teoritis dan manajerial. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of compensation, work environment and career development on employee performance. The population in this study were all production employees at PT MAS SUMBIRI Boja, Kendal, totaling 765 people. Samples taken as many as 88 respondents, using convenience sampling method that is choosing samples from elements of the population (people or events) whose data is easily obtained by researchers. Hypothesis testing results indicate that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The second hypothesis testing shows that the Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The third hypothesis testing shows that Career Development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This research has theoretical and managerial implications.
