Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Dana Alokasi Umum, Dana Alokasi Khusus, Dana Bagi Hasil, dan Sisa Lebih Pembiayaan Anggaran terhadap Belanja Modal pada Kabupaten/Kota Di Provinsi Jawa Tengah Tahun 2015-2017. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Kabupaten dan Kota di Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 35 Kabupaten dan Kota di Provinsi Jawa Tengah dengan periode 2015-2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari BPS Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Metode analisa yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pendapatan asli daerah, dana alokasi umum, dan dana bagi hasil secara berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap belanja modal pada Kabupaten/Kota Di Provinsi Jawa Tengah Tahun 2015-2017. Sedangkan sisa lebih pembiayaan anggaran berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap belanja modal pada Kabupaten/Kota Di Provinsi Jawa Tengah Tahun 2015-2017. Namun, dana alokasi khusus tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap belanja modal pada Kabupaten/Kota Di Provinsi Jawa Tengah Tahun 2015-2017. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Regional Original Revenues, General Allocation Funds, Special Allocation Funds, Revenue Sharing Funds, and the Remaining Budget Financing of Capital Expenditures in Regencies / Cities in Central Java Province 2015-2017. The population in this study were all regencies and cities in Central Java Province. The sample of this study were 35 regencies and cities in Central Java Province with the period 2015-2017. This study uses secondary data obtained from BPS Central Java Province. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the original regional revenue, general allocation funds, and revenue sharing funds have a positive and significant effect on capital expenditure in the regencies / cities in Central Java Province in 2015-2017. While the rest of the budget financing has a negative and significant effect on capital expenditure in Regencies / Cities in Central Java Province in 2015-2017. However, the special allocation fund does not significantly influence capital expenditure in the regencies / cities in Central Java Province in 2015-2017.
