Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Store Atmosphere, Kualitas Produk, dan Word Of Mouth terhadap Minat Beli Ulang pada Martabak Jepang Jony Yogyakarta. Teknik pengambilang sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik perposive sampling. Kriteria yang digunakan adalah konsumen yang sedang membeli Martabak Jepang Jony Yogyakarta. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 110 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear dengan pengolahan data menggunkan SPSS 22.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Store Atmosphere dan Kualitas Produk secara parsial tidak terdapat pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Minat Beli Ulang. Sedangkan Word Of Mouth secara parsial berpengaruh psositif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Beli Ulang. This study aims to determine the Store Atmosphere, Product Quality, and Word of Mouth of Repurchase Interests at the Martabak Jepang Jony Yogyakarta. The sampling technique used in this study is the perposive sampling technique. The criterion used is consumers who are buying Martabak Jepang Jony Yogyakarta. The number of samples used in this study were 110 respondents. This study uses a linear regression analysis technique with data processing using SPSS 22.0. The results of this study indicate that Store Atmosphere and Product Quality partially have no significant effect on Repurchase Interest. Whereas Word of Mouth partially has a significant and positive effect on Repurchase Interest.
