Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuiCustomer experience,kepuasan pelanggan, kepercayaanpelangganterhadap Minatbeliulang pada pengguna aplikasi Gojek di kota Semarang.Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik purposive sampling. Kriteria yang digunakan adalah pernahmenggunakan aplikasi Gojek di Semarang. Jumlah sampelyang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 125 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi liniear dengan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS 22.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa customer experience, kepuasan pelanggan, kepercayaan pelanggan berpengaruh postif dan signifikan terhadap Minat beli ulang. This study aims to determine the customer experience, customer satisfaction, customer confidence in repurchase interest in Gojek application users in the city of Semarang. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling technique. The criterion used was to use the Gojek application in Semarang. The number of samples used in this study were 125 respondents.This study uses linear regression analysis techniques with data processing using SPSS 22.0. The results of this study indicate that customer experience, customer satisfaction, customer trust have a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest.
