Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja, konflik kerja dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah PERUMDA Air Minum Tirta Jungporo Kabupaten Jepara. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat bantu pengumpulan data, penyebaran kuesioner diberikan kepada seluruh karyawan yang ada di PERUMDA Air Minum Tirta Jungporo Kabupaten Jepara yang berjumlah 135 orang. Kuesioner yang kembali dan dapat diolah adalah 120. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah stres kerja (X1), konflik kerja (X2) dan beban kerja (X3). Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah kinerja karyawan (Y). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan,(2) konflik kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, (3) beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menarik karena hasil penelitian tidak berhasil membuktikan hipotesis. This study aims to analyze the effect of job stress, work conflict and workload on employee performance. The object of this research is PERUMDA AIR MINUM TIRTA JUNGPORO in Jepara. This study used a questionnaire as a tool for data collection, the distribution of questionnaires was given to all employees in PERUMDA AIR MINUM TIRTA JUNGPORO in Jepara with a total of 135 people. The returned and workable questionnaire was 120. The independent variables in this study were job stress (X1), work conflict (X2) and workload (X3). The dependent variable in this study is employee performance (Y). The results showed that (1) Job stress had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) work conflict had no effect on employee performance, (3) workload had a negative and significant effect on employee performance. This study is interesting because the results of the study failed to prove the hypothesis.
