Abstract

Untuk menciptakan produk atau layanan yang sukses, perlu untuk memastikan bahwa produk tersebut memiliki pengalaman pengguna yang cukup tinggi. Dalam ekosistem ekonomi digital, suatu pengukuran kualitas layanan e-commerce merupakan hal penting untuk dilakukan. Terutama e-commerce yang melibatkan pengguna langsung dimana kenyamanan dan kemudahan dalam bertransaksi. Alenxi Technology sebagai salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang e-commerce belum banyak memperhitungkan aspek pengalaman pengguna dalam menggunakan layanan website utama mereka yaitu www.alenxi.com. Penerapan metode Unmoderated Remote Usability Test (URUT) pada sebuah sistem yang dapat mengukur seberapa puas (atau tidak puas) pengguna dengan antarmuka dan operabilitas produk pada website utama di Alenxi Technology Semarang dijadikan permasalahan inti dalam penelitian ini, dimana penerapan metode tersebut bertujuan untuk memberikan rekomendasi dari hasil pengukuran mengenai pengalaman pengguna. Dari data yang sudah didapat kemudian dianalisa menggunakan tools dari Dr. Martin Schrepp yaitu User Experience Questionnaire yang menghasilkan perhitungan rata-rata beberapa aspek yaitu daya tarik (-0,036), Kejelasan (0,073), Efisiensi (-0,069), ketepatan (0,064), Stimulasi (0,153), dan keterbaruan (0,141). Perhitungan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa Secara umum, fitur dalam website alenxi.com memiliki daya tarik yang kurang baik; alur transaksi yang cukup jelas, efisien dan praktis mendukung proses transaksi dan aman untuk diakses oleh pengguna; dapat memotivasi dan menarik minat pengguna untuk melakukan transaksi secara online, serta merupakan sebuah inovasi penjualan yang mengikuti perkembangan teknologi dalam hal kegiatan bertransaksi. Meskipun demikian, masih ada beberapa kekurangan yang perlu segera diperbaiki agar pemanfaatannya lebih optimal dan menyeluruh, di antaranya adalah: desain menarik yang mampu meningkatkan daya tarik pengunjung website sehingga dapat melakukan transaksi secara online; menata ulang produk dan kategori agar tidak muncul produk yang tidak relevan terhadap produk yang tampil; panduan atau petunjuk teknis penggunaan fitur sudah tersedia pada halaman bantuan; Situs alenxi.com perlu dipasarkan secara meluas agar dapat dimanfaatkan oleh banyak pelaku bisnis yang lain, terutama dalam pengadaan kebutuhan komponen pneumatik dan hydraulik. To create a successful product or service, it is necessary to ensure that the product has a fairly high user experience. In the digital economy ecosystem, a measure of the quality of e-commerce services is an important thing to do. Especially e-commerce that involves users directly where the comfort and convenience in the transaction. Alenxi Technology as one of the companies engaged in e-commerce has not taken many aspects of the user experience into using their main website service, www.alenxi.com. The application of the Unmoderated Remote Usability Test (URUT) method to a system that can measure how satisfied (or dissatisfied) a user is with the interface and product operability on the main website at Alenxi Technology Semarang is a core problem in this study, where the application of the method aims to provide recommendations from the measurement results regarding the user experience. From the data that has been obtained then analyzed using tools from Dr. Martin Schrepp is the User Experience Questionnaire that produces an average calculation of several aspects, namely attractiveness (-0.036), Clarity (0.073), Efficiency (-0.069), accuracy (0.064), Stimulation (0.153), and renewal (0.141). The calculation can be concluded that in general, the features on the alenxi.com website have an unfavorable appeal; a fairly clear, efficient and practical transaction flow that supports the transaction process and is safe for access by users; can motivate and attract users to make transactions online, and is a sales innovation that follows the development of technology in terms of transaction activities. Nevertheless, there are still some shortcomings that need to be fixed immediately so that their utilization is more optimal and comprehensive, including: attractive designs that can increase the attractiveness of website visitors so that they can make transactions online; rearranging products and categories so that products that are not relevant to the product appear; guidance or technical instructions for using the feature are available on the customer supportpage; The alenxi.com site needs to be widely marketed so that it can be used by many other business people, especially in the supply of pneumatic and hydraulic components
