Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Motivasi, Kepemimpinan dan Kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Objek penelitian pada UMKM Derra Convection di Jepara. Populasi penelitian semua karyawan UMKM Derra Convection berjumlah 150 orang. Jumlah sampel 110 dengan tehnik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dengan cara membagikan kuesioner secara langsung. Adapun hasil penelitian sebagai berikut : (1) Motivasi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; (2) Kepemimpinan mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; (3) Kompensasi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dari ketiga variabel ternyata hipotesis yang paling dominan H3 yang mengatakan Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of Motivation, Leadership and Compensation on employee performance. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The object of research at the UMKM Derra Convection in Jepara. The research population of all UMKM Derra Convection employees is 150 people. The number of samples 109 with purposive sampling technique sampling. The data used in this study are primary data by distributing questionnaires directly. The results of the study are as follows: (1) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (2) Leadership has a positive and significant influence on employee performance; (3) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The most dominant hypothesis is 3 which says Compensation has positive and significant effect.
