Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tentang pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Kelurahan dan Kecamatan Pedurungan. Teknik pengambilan sample dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sensus dengan sampel berjumlah 100 responden dan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Data dan informasi yang telah terkumpul dalam penelitian ini menggunakan software Sstatistical Package for the Social Scinences (SPSS) Versi 23, kemudian dianalisa menggunakan koefisien korelasi untuk pengujian validitas, Cronbach alpha untuk menguji reliabilitas instrument, dan analisis regresi linier berganda utnuk menguji besarnya pengaruh masing-masing variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, Dsiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifiksn terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. This study aims to analyze the influence of the Work Environment, Work Discipline and Work Motivation on Employee Performance. The objects in this study are employees of the Village and District of Pedurungan. The sampling technique in this study used a census with a sample of 100 respondents and data collection methods using a questionnaire. The data and information collected in this study used Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) Version 23 software, then analyzed using correlation coefficients for validity testing, Cronbach alpha for testing instrument reliability, and multiple linear regression analysis to test the magnitude of the effect of each each variable is independent of the dependent variable. The results of this study indicate that the Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance.
