Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis tentang pengaruh disiplin kerja, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Kebon Agung Pabrik Gula Trangkil Kabupaten Pati. Populasi dalam dalam penelitian ini sebesar 245 karyawan. Penentuan sampel dihitung dengan rumus slovin hasil hitungannya mendapat 153 responden. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik (purposive sampling) yaitu pengambilansampel berdasarkan kriteria apa saja yang pantas untuk dijadikan sampel. Setelah data terkumpul dilakukan uji instrument yang terdiri dari uji validitas dengan metode KMO dan egent value dan uji reliabilitas dengan cronbach alpa. Analisi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model analisis regresi linier berganda dengan uji F, uji t dan R2. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan progam SPSS 19. Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah : (1) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (3) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. This study analyzes the effect of work discipline, motivation and work environment on employee performance. The object of this research is the employees of PT. Kebon Agung Trangkil Sugar Factory Pati Regency. The population in this study amounted to 245 employees. Determination of the sample is calculated by the Slovin formula, the result of the calculation is 153 respondents. Sampling in this study uses a technique (purposive sampling) that is sampling based on what criteria are appropriate to be sampled. After the data has been collected, an instrument test consisting of a validity test using the KMO method and egent value and a reliability test with Cronbach Alpha. The analysis in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis models with the F test, t test and R2. Data processing in this study uses SPSS 19. The results of this study are: (1) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) work environment has a negative and significant effect on employee performance
