Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Citra Merk Terhadap Kepuasan dan Dampaknya Pada Loyalitas Pelanggan Kosmetik Merk Meybelline (Studi pada Konsumen Toko Lunacoco Semarang). Dalam penelitian ini variable bebas yang mempengaruhi Pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Citra Merk Terhadap Kepuasan dan Dampaknya Pada Loyalitas Pelanggan Kosmetik Merk Meybelline. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelanggan pada Konsumen Toko Lunacoco Semarang. Pada penelitian ini, menggunakan pengambilan sampel purposive sampling dan terpilih sebanyak 100 responden yang dijadikan sebagai sampel. Hasil penelitian bahwa membuktikan bahwa Kualitas Produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. Citra Merk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. Kepuasan Pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan Loyalitas Pelanggan. The purpose of this study was to analyze the Effect of Product Quality, Brand Image on Satisfaction and Its Impact on Customer Loyalty for Meybelline Brand Cosmetics (Study on Lunacoco Shop Semarang Consumers). In this study the independent variables that influence the influence of Product Quality, Brand Image on Satisfaction and Its Impact on Customer Loyalty of Meybelline Brand Cosmetics. The population in this study were all customers at Lunacoco Semarang Consumers. In this study, using purposive sampling and 100 respondents were selected as samples. The results of research that prove that Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Brand Image has a positive and significant impact on Customer Satisfaction. Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty.
