Abstract
Penelitian ini mengambil studi dari dunia industri atau hotel dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa riset penelitian karyawan di Patra Semarang Hotel & Convention Cabang Kota semarang, bermaksud sebagai acuan ataupun saran agar hotel tersebut semakin bertambah baik dan berkualitas dalam memberikan pelayanan, dengan judul “Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Disiplin Kerja, Dan Kompetensi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan”. Hasil survey penelitian mengambil data sampel sebanyak 150 responden dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner dan memberikan pilihan hanya mengisi tanda centang (√) dengan disediakan 5 jawaban. Kemudian peneliti Mengolahnya menggunakan Aplikasi SPSS versi 21. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling, dan dianalisa menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda, hasilnya menyatakan bahwa (1) Kepemimpinan berpengaruh postitif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan sebesar 0,328 (2) Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 0,203 (3) Kompetensi Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai sebesar 0,507. This study takes a study takes a study from the industrial world or hotel with the aim to find out and analyze the research riset of employees at Patra Semarang City Hotel & Convention Branch, Intended as a rederence or suggestion so that the hotel is getting better and quality in providing services, eith th title “ influence of Leadership, work Discipline, and Work Competence on employee performance”. The results survey took a sample of 150 respondents by distributing questionnaires and providing choices by simply filling a check mark (√) with 5 answes provided.Then the researchers processed it using SPSS application version 21. The sampling technique used the purposive sampling method, and analyzed using multiple linear regression tests, the results stated that (1) Leadership had a positive and significant effet on employee performance of 0,328 (2)Work Dicipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance of 0,203 (3)Competencce work has a positive effect on employee performance with a value of 0,507
