Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, pelatihan, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Dispermadesdukcapil Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus dengan populasi sejumlah 110 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebar kepada responden. Metode analisis regresis berganda digunakan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh antar variabel. Data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis faktor untuk menguji validitas setiap item pertanyaan, uji reliabilitas menggunakan cronbach alpha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, sedangkan pelatihan berpengaruh posistif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, training, and work environment on employee performance. This research was conducted at Dispermadesdukcapil Central Java Province. Sampling using a census method with a population of 110 respondents. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to respondents. The multiple regresis analysis method is used to explain the effect between variables. The collected data were analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of each question item, the reliability test used Cronbach alpha. The results showed that leadership and work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while training had a positive and not significant effect on employee performance.
