Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan kerja, etos kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di DPP GAPKAINDO Jawa Tengah. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer, yaitu data yang diperoleh secara langsung dari sumber asli berupa kuesioner. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan DPP GAPKAINDO Jawa Tengah. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik sampel jenuh/sensus dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 responden. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis factoruntuk menguji validitas item pernyataan, pengujian reliabilitas menggunakan croncbachalpha, dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan program SPSS 19. Hasil dari analisis dan pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa : (1) pelatihan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan; (2) etos kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; (3) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. This research aims to analyze the effect of job training, work ethic, and work environment on employee performance at the DPP GAPKAINDO Central Java. The type of data used is primary data, namely data obtained directly from the original source in the form of a questionnaire. The population of this research is the employee of the DPP GAPKAINDO Central Java. Sampling was done by saturated sampling technique and the number of samples was 50 respondents. The collected data were analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of statement items, reliability testing using croncbach alpha, and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression. Data processing is done with SPSS 19. The results of the analysis and discussion show that: (1) job traingingdoes not affect employee performance; (2) work ethic has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (3) work environment hasa positive and significantt effect on employee performance.
