Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, budaya organisasi, dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, Studi pada Pegawai Kantor Kecamatan se Wilayah Eks. Kawedanan Boja (Singorojo, Boja, Limbangan) Kabupaten Kendal. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yaitu data yang diperoleh secara langsung dari sumber asli berupa kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Singorojo, Boja dan Limbangan Kabupaten Kendal yang berjumlah 105 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara purosive sampling. Berdasarkan purposive sampling, maka diperoleh sampel sebanyak 100 pegawai. Alat uji dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pengujian validitass dengan analisis faktor, pengujian realibilitas menggunakan Cronbach Alpha dan pengujian hipotesis dengan regresi linier berganda.Hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa : Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja para pegawai. Dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja para pegawai. This study aims to analyze the effect motivation, organizational culture, and compensation on employee performance, Study of the District Employees around Kawedanan Boja (Singorojo, Boja, Limbangan) Kendal District. This research uses primary data that is data obtained directly from the original source in the form of a questionnaire. The population in this study were employees of the District Office of Singorojo, Boja and Limbangan Kendal Regency, which amounted to 105 people. Purposive sampling technique sampling, then obtained a sample of 100 employees. Based on purposive sampling, the test equipment in this study uses validity testing with factor analysis, reliability testing with Cronbach Alpha and hypothesis testing with multiple linear regression.The results of the analysis can be concluded that: Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employees performance. Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
