Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisistfaktor-faktor yang mempengaruhitstruktur modal. Faktor-faktor yang ditelititsebagai variabeltindependen adalah ukuran perusahaan, likuiditas, pertumbuhan penjualan, risiko bisnis dan aktivitas. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaantmanufaktur yang terdaftar ditBursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2016-2018. Metode pengambilan sampel yangtdigunakan dalam penelitian ini adalahtpurposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitiantini yang dapat diolah berjumlah 464 perusahaan pada tahun 2016-2018, sedangkan selanjutnya beberapa sampel setelah dinormalkan menjadi 186 perusahaan. Jenis datatyang digunakan adalah analisistregresi linier berganda. Hasil pengujian menunjukkantbahwa ukuran perusahaantberpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap struktur modal. Likuiditastberpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap struktur modal. Pengujian pertumbuhantpenjualan berpengaruh negatif tidaktsignifikan terhadap struktur modal. Pengujian risikotbisnis berpangaruh negatiftsignifikan terhadap struktur modal. Pengujian aktivitastberpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadaptstruktur modal. ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze thetfactors that influencetcapital structure. The factors examined as independenttvariables are company size, liquidity, sales growth, business risk and activity. The population of this study istmanufacturing companies listed on thetIndonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The samplingtmethod used in this study wastpurposive sampling. Samples in this study that cantbe processed amounted to 464 companies in 2016-2018, while the next fewtsamples after normalized to 186 companies. The type of data used is multipletlinear regressiontanalysis. The test results show that thetsize of the company has not atsignificant positive effect ontcapitalt tructure. Liquidity has not a significant positiveteffect ontcapital structure. Testing of sales growththas no significant negative effectton capital structure. Testing business riskthas a significant negative effectton capital structure. Testing activity is not significant negative effectton capital structure.
