Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Lingkungan Kerja, dan Kompetensi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Perum Perhutani Divisi Regional Jawa Tengah. Pengambilan sample menggunakan teknik purposive samplinggsehingga didapatkan sample sebanyak 113 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Uji validitas instrument menggunakannanalisis factor konfirmatori, uji reliabilitassmenggunakan pendekatan nilai Cronbach Alpha, dannuji pengaruh menggunakan analisissregresi linearrberganda. HasilLpenelitiannini adalah: (1) Budaya Organisasi berpengaruhppositif dan signifikan terhadap kinerjappegawai, (2) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruhnnegatif dan tidak signifikannterhadap kinerjaapegawai, (3) Kompetensi berpengaruhppositif dan signifikan terhadap kinerjaapegawai. This study aims to test and analyze the Impact Of Organizational Culture, Work Environment, and Competency On Employee Performance at Perum Perhutani Central Java Regional Division. Sampling uses purposive sampling technique so that a sample of 113 respondents is obtained. Data collection uses aqquestionnaire. Instrumenttvalidityytest uses confirmatory factorranalysis, reliabilityytest uses the Cronbach Alphaavalue approach, and impact test uses multiple linear regressionnanalysis. Theeresultsof this researchhare: (1) Organizational Culture hassa positive ands significant impact non employee performance, (2) Worke Environment hass a negative anddnot significanttimpact on employee performance, (3) Competency hassa positiveeands significant impact onnemployeeeperformance.
