Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, kompensasi dan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PD BPR BKK Kota Semarang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 140 karyawan. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik stratified random sampling maka diperoleh sampel sebanyak 103 karyawan. Alat uji dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pengujian validitas dengan analisis factor, pengujian realibilitas menggunakan Cronbach Alpha dan pengujian hipotesis dengan regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa : (1) Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (2) Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (3) Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. This study aims to analyze the effect of competence, compensation and transformational leadership on employee performance in PD BPR BKK Semarang City. The population in this study amounted to 140 employees. The technique used in this research is stratified random sampling technique, then a sample of 103 employees was obtained. Test equipment in this study uses validity testing with factor analysis, reliability testing using. Based on the result of the analysis it can be concluded that : (1) Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (3) Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
