Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Erlangga Edi Laboratories ( PT. ERELA ) Semarang. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer, yaitu data yang diperoleh secara langsung dari sumber asli berupa kuesioner. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah 180 karyawan tetap pada PT. Erlangga Edi Laboratories ( PT. ERELA ) Semarang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling dan jumlah sampel 101 responden. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis faktor untuk menguji validitas item pernyataan, pengujian reliabilitas menggunakan cronbach alpha, dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan program SPSS 22. Hasil dari analisis dan pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership, work motivation and work environment on employee performance at PT. Erlangga Edi Laboratories (PT. ERELA) Semarang. The type of data used is primary data, that is data obtained directly from the original source in the form of a questionnaire. The population of this study was 180 permanent employees at PT. Erlangga Edi Laboratories (PT. ERELA) Semarang. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique and the number of samples was 101 respondents. The collected data were analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of statement items, reliability testing using Cronbach alpha, and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression. Data processing is performed by the SPSS 22 program. The results of the analysis and discussion show that leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance and the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
