Abstract

Benayu Hijab Semarang merupakan distributor brand hijab seperti Gerai Saffa, Alwa, dan Kiciks, yang menyediakan berbagai produk perlengkapan muslimah dengan toko offline yang letaknya di Jl. Prof. DR. Hamka no. 9 RT 03/RW O4, Tambakaji, Kec. Ngaliyan, Semarang. Dengan berbagai macam produk dari brand yang dijual, pemilik usaha kesulitan dalam penentuan stok yang ideal, sehingga penjualan tidak maksimal. Pemilik usaha membutuhkan informasi pola kombinasi produk yang sering dibeli secara bersamaan, agar dapat meningkatkan strategi penjualan dan acuan dalam penentuan stok barang. Implementasi Market Basket Analysis pada Benayu Hijab Semarang akan menggunakan Algoritma Apriori untuk menganalisa pola kombinasi produk yang saling berhubungan. Teknik asosiasi digunakan untuk menganalisa transaksi penjualan menggunakan Software RStudio dengan nilai minimum support yaitu 0,01 (1%) dan nilai confidence 0,5 (50%) menghasilkan 14 aturan asosiasi. Penggunaan metode CRISP-DM digunakan sebagai penunjang proses analisa, pemahaman dan pengolahan data. Hasil dari analisa ini berupa aturan asosiasi yang akan diterapkan dalam pengembangan strategi pemasaran dan penentuan stok barang di Benayu Hijab Semarang. Benayu Hijab Semarang is a distributor of hijab brands such as Gerai Saffa, Alwa, and Kiciks, which provide various Muslim accessories products with an offline store located on Jl. Prof. DR. Hamka no. 9 RT 03 / RW O4, Tambakaji, Kec. Ngaliyan, Semarang. With a variety of products from brands that are sold, business vii owners have difficulty in determining the ideal stock, so sales are not optimal. Business owners need information on a combination of product patterns that are often bought together, in order to improve sales strategies and references in determining the stock of goods. The implementation of Market Basket Analysis on Benayu Hijab Semarang will use the Apriori Algorithm to analyze the pattern of interconnected product combinations. The association technique is used to analyze sales transactions using RStudio Software with a minimum support value of 0.01 (1%) and a cofidence value of 0.5 (50%) resulting in 14 association rules. The use of the CRISP-DM method is used to support the process of analysis, understanding and data processing. The results of this analysis are association rules that will be applied in developing marketing strategies and determining the stock of goods at Benayu Hijab Semarang.
