Abstract
PT Information Technology Service atau lebih dikenal IT Service yang bergerak dalam bidang jual purna dan klaim garansi dari berbagai vendor seperti ASUS, Lenovo, HP, Brother, Fujitsu, Avita, Xyrex, Gigabyte, ViewSonic dan BenQ membutuhkan database untuk mencatat data servis yang masuk sehingga mempermudah manajemen untuk mamantau jumlah servisan yang masuk. Dibutuhkan suatu aplikasi yang dapat mempermudah pencarian data servis pelanggan sehingga mempercepat kinerja admin PT IT Service. Pencarian informasi menggunakan sistem temu kembali informasi menghasilkan pencarian informasi yang besar sehingga membutuhkan waktu untuk mendapatkan informasi yang akurat. Metode dice similarity digunakan untuk menghasilkan pencarian yang akurat dan tepat.Aplikasi sistem pencarian dengan metode dice similarity dirancang untuk menghasilkan pencarian dalam jumlah recall rendah dan precission tinggi sehingga pengguna mendapatkan hasil pencarian yang cepat dan akurat. Hasil pencarian metode dice similarity dengan jumlah data 485 didapatkan hasil pencarian dengan rata-rata recall rendah yaitu 0.06 dan rata-rata precission tinggi yaitu 1.00, menunjukkan bahwa sistem pencarian dengan metode dice similarity telah bekerja akurat dengan hasil pencarian informasi menempatkan hasil pencarian dengan bobot tertinggi pada posisi paling atas (descending). PT Information Technology Service or better known as IT Service be active as service partner provider after sales from vendors such as ASUS, Lenovo, HP, Brother, Fujitsu, Avita, Xyrex, Gigabyte, ViewSonic and BenQ require databases to record incoming service and make it easier to management to knowing amount of service data. An aplication could make it easier to search customer service data, thus speeding up administrator peformance. Information retrieval produces large information searches that make time to get accurate information. A method dice similarity is used to generate precise and accurate search. Information retrieval using method dice similarity is designed to generate searches in low levels of recall and high precission so that make the user can gets quick and accurate information. The result found using method dice similarity with a total of 485 data found search results with average low recall of 0.06 and the average high precission of 1.00, its showing that system information retrieval using method dice similarity has been working well and accurately with the results placing the highest weight as descending.
