Abstract
Saat ini sudah banyak website wisata yang menyediakan fasilitas untuk pengguna internet menuliskan opini atau review dan pengalaman pribadinya secara online. Dengan membaca review tersebut secara keseluruhan membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama. Guna mengelompokkan review pengguna perlu dilakukan klasifikasi menggunakan text mining dan opinion mining. Dengan text mining dapat dicarikata-kata kunci yang dapat mewakili isi dari suatu dokumen lalu dianalisa dan dilakukan pencocokan antara dokumen dengan database kata kunci yang telah dibuat untuk menentukan atau memilah kategori suatu dokumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun aplikasi yang dapat digunakan untuk melakukan klasifikasi review Hotel Myzone menggunakan algoritma Naive Bayes Classifier. Hasilnya apakah review Hotel Myzone termasuk dalam sentimen positif atau negatif dengan data review yang digunakan pada penelitian adalah sebanyak 200 review. Untuk data dibagi menjadi 2 yaitu data latih sebanyak 175 data review dan data uji sebanyak 25 data review yang disimpan dalam format xlsx. Hasil akurasi Naive Bayes Classifier cukup tinggi yaitu 80% sehingga metode Naive Bayes Classifier dapat digunakan untuk melakukan klasifikasi review Hotel Myzone positif atau negatif secara otomatis. Untuk pengembangan selanjutnya dapat diperbanyak data review Hotel Myzone untuk mendapatkan hasil akurasi yang lebih bagus dan lebih nyata. Currently there are many travel websites that provide facilities for internet users to write their opinions or reviews and personal experiences online. Reading the review as a whole takes quite a long time. To classify user reviews classification needs to be done using text mining and opinion mining. With text mining, we can search for key words that can represent the contents of a document and thenxii analyze and do a match between the document and the database of keywords that have been made to determine or sort the categories of documents. This study aims to build applications that can be used to classify reviews of Myzone Hotels using the Naive Bayes Classifier algorithm. The result is whether Myzone Hotel reviews are included in positive or negative sentiments with the review data used in the study are 200 reviews. For data divided into 2 namely 175 training data review data and test data as many as 25 review data stored in xlsx format. Naive Bayes Classifier accuracy results are quite high at 80% so that the Naive Bayes Classifier method can be used to classify positive or negative Myzone Hotel reviews automatically. For further development, review of Myzone Hotel review data can be obtained for better and more real accuracy results.
