Abstract
Pengolahan data persediaan barang pada CV.MJA Semarang masih menggunakan cara manual, dimana data persediaan barang di catat pada kartu stok. Hal ini mengakibatkan adanya ketidak cocokan antara stok barang yang dicatat dengan stok fisik barang yang ada, proses pencarian pun menjadi terkendala dan tidak efisien karena dokumen yang dicari masih secara manual, serta adanya keterlambatan dalam laporan stok barang sehingga mengganggu kinerja dalam proses distribusi barang. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan menggunakan metode FIFO (First In First Out) untuk mengatur alur keluar masuknya barang pada gudang. Sedangkan perancangan sistemnya menggunakan UML (Unified Modeling Language). Bahasa pemrograman menggunakan PHP dan database MySQL. Dalam sistem ini hasil yang diperoleh dari sistem persediaan barang di CV.MJA Semarang ini yaitu sistem yang otomatis mengelola persediaan barang yang dapat dilakukan dengan mudah yaitu dapat dilihat berdasarkan tanggal , barang yang pertama kali masuk maka barang tersebut otomatis yang akan pertama dikeluarkan. ABSTRACT Processing of inventory data on CV.MJA Semarang still uses manual method, where inventory data is recorded on a stock card. This results in a mismatch between the stock of goods recorded and the physical stock of goods available, the search process becomes constrained and inefficient because the documents sought are still manual, and there is a delay in the inventory report, which interferes with the performance in the distribution process. The system development method used uses the FIFO (First In First Out) method to regulate the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse. While the design of the system uses UML (Unified Modeling Language). The programming language uses PHP and MySQL databases. In this system the results obtained from the inventory system in CV.MJA Semarang is a system that automatically manages the inventory of goods that can be done easily, that can be seen by date, the first item entered, the goods will automatically be first issued.
