Abstract

Arsip merupakan salah satu sumber informasi yang memiliki fungsi penting untuk menunjang proses kegiatan administrasi dan manajemen sebuah instansi. Oleh karena itu, arsip perlu ditata dengan baik dengan komputerisasi untuk membangun manajemen organisasi yang efektif, efisien, dan produktif demi kemajuan instansi. Ketika informasi sudah dikomputerisasi, maka untuk mengaksesnya akan lebih mudah dan cepat. Hal ini, menjadi keuntungan dari teknologi informasi bagi para penggunannya. RSUD K.R.M.T Wongsonegoro Kota Semarang memiliki permasalahan dalam pengelolaan arsip yang masih bersifat manual dan belum menerapkan teknologi informasi. Sehingga banyak terlihat pada setiap pegawai ingin melakukan peminjaman berkas maka dalam proses pencariannya akan memakan waktu sedangkan berkas tersebut akan digunakan secepatnya. Pada penelitian ini penulis akan mengimplementasikan suatu sistem informasi yang dapat membantu RSUD K.R.M.T Wongsonegoro Kota Semarang dalam memepermudah proses pencarian arsip dengan judul sistem informasi pengelolaan arsip dokumen kepegawaian Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah K.R.M.T Wongsonegoro Kota Semarang berbasis website. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu pencarian arsip data pegawai agar lebih efektif dan efisien. Abstract Archive is one source of information that has an important function to support the process of administration and management of an agency. Therefore, archives need to be well organized with computerization to build effective, efficient and productive organizational management for the progress of the institution. When information is computerized, accessing it will be easier and faster. This is the advantage of information technology for its users.RSUD K.R.M.T Wongsonegoro Semarang City has problems in managing records that are still manual and have not applied information technology. So much is seen in every employee wanting to borrow the file so the search process will take time while the file will be used as soon as possible. In this study, the writer will implement an information system that can help the Wongsonegoro Semarang City Hospital in facilitating the process of searching for archives with the title of the information management system for the archives of the Regional Public Hospital K.R.M.T Wongsonegoro Semarang based on the website. This system is expected to help search employee data archives to be more effective and efficient.
