Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai (Studi pada Pegawai Kelurahan di Kecamatan Ulujami Kab.Pemalang). Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer yaitu data yang diperoleh secara langsung dari sumber asli berupa kuesioner. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai Kelurahan di Kecamatan Ulujami Kab.Pemalang yang berjumlah 198. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 140 responden. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis faktor untuk menguji validitas item pertanyaan ,pengujian reliabilitas menggunakan rumus cronbach alpha, dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan linier berganda untuk menguji besarnya pengarus secara parsial maupun secara [arsial maupun secara simultan variable bebas terhadap variable terikat. Hasil dari analisis dan pembahasan menunjukan bahwa terdapat : (1) Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. (2) Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. (3) Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. ABSTRACT The research is aimed to analyze the influence of discipline work, motivation to work and compensation to the performance of employees (Study of Village Employees in Ulujami District, Pemalang District). Type of data used is primary data is data that is obtained is directly from the source of the original form of the questionnaire. The population of the research this is the whole employees village in the district Ulujami Kab.Pemalang which totaled 198. Taking samples is done with thenic purposive sampling with the number of samples as many as 140 respondents. The data collected was analyzed by using analysis of factors to test the validity of the item question, test reliability using the formula Cronbach alpha, and testers an hypothesis using a linear multiple to examine the magnitude of mainstreaming in partial or in arsial as well as simultaneous variable freely against variable bound. The results of the analysis and discussion shows that there are : (1) Discipline Working influence of positive and significant to the performance of an of employee. (2) motivation work influence of positive and significant to performance of employees. (3) compensation influence of positive and significant to the performance of an employee.
