Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis kinerja pegawai Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Provinsi Jawa Tengah, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Provinsi Jawa Tengah dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 95 orang dan ditentukan dengan menggunakan metode Simple Radom Sampling. Data primer dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner yang disebar kepada responden. Data primer diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 21.0. Hasil olah data menunjukkan, bahwa semua indikator dinyatakan valid dan semua variabel dinyatakan reliabel. Berdasarkan pada hasil yang diperoleh Uji F sebesar 55,347dengan probabilitas signifikam 0,000 kurang dari 0,05 yang berarti bahwa model regresi layak digunakan sebagai penelitian. Berdasarkan koefisien regresi dan hasil Uji t menunjukkan, bahwa: (1) Kemampuan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. (2) Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Provinsi Jawa Tengah. ABSTRAK This research is to analyze the performance of Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Provinsi Jawa Tengah employees, population in this research were employees of Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Provinsi Jawa Tengah with a total sample of 95 people and determined using the simple random sampling method. Primary data were collected through distributed questionnaires to respondents. Primary data is processed using SPSS version 21.0. Based on the research instrument test that all indicators are declared valid and all variables declared reliable. Based on the results obtained by the F Test of 55,347 with a significant probability of 0,000 less than 0.05 which means that the regression model is feasible to be used as research. Based on the t test and the regression coefficient shows that: (1) The ability to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) Motivation has a positif and significant efferct on the performance Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Provinsi Jawa Tengah employees.
