Abstract

Penelitian ini ditulis untuk menguji pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Pelatihan, dan Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Sebagai objek dalam penelitian ini adalah para pegawai di PT S2DIO Industries Semarang. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus yang berjumlah 97 responden, dan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan cara menyebarkan daftar pernyataan kepada responden baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Kuesioner yang telah terkumpul dianalisa menggunakan analisis faktor untuk menguji validitas, cronbach alpha untuk menguji reliabilitas, analisis regresi untuk menguji besarnya pengaruh secara parsial pada masingmasing variabel bebas yang diuji dengan analisis regresi. Berdasarkan peneitian yang dilakukan didapartkan hasil yang menunjukan Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. ABSTRACT This study was written to examine the influence of Leadership Style, Training, and Compensation on Employee Performance. As the object of this research are the employees at PT S2DIO Industries Semarang. Sampling in this study used the census method of 97 respondents, and the data collection method used a questionnaire by distributing a list of statements to respondents both directly and indirectly. Questionnaires that have been collected are analyzed using factor analysis to test validity, Cronbach alpha to test reliability, regression analysis to test the magnitude of influence partially on each independent variable tested by regression analysis. Based on the research, the results show that the leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
