Abstract

Penelitian ini yang bertujuan untuk menganilisis pengaruh kepemimpinan, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Swalayan Luwes Rahayu. Jenis data yang akan digunakan yaitu data primer,yang berarti data yang di dapatkan adalah data asli dari sumbernya melalui kuesioner. Populasi dan sample dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan swalayan luwes rahayu. pengambilan sampel ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik metode sensus dan jumlah sample sebanyak 49 responden. Data-data yang telah terkumpul di analisis menggunakan analisis faktor untuk pengujian validitas pernyataan, pengujian reliabilitas dengan menggunakan Cronbach Alpha, dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analsis regresi linier berganda. Pengolhaan data yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan program SPSS19. Hasil analisis dan pembahasan menunjukan bahwa kepemimpinan, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan Swalayan Luwes Rahayu. ABSTRACT This study attemps to analyze the influnce of leadership, motivation and work enviroment on perforamnce of Luwes Rahayu Self-service employes. The type of data that used the primary data, which means the data is obtained is original data of the source through a questionnaire. The population and sample from this study were flexible Rahayu self-service employees. This sampling was carried out using census method techniques and the number of samples was 49 respondents. The data accumulated analyzed use factor analysis for testing validity statement, reability testing using Cronbach Alpha, and the testing of hypotheses using multiple linier. The data collection was performed using the SPSS19 program. The results of the analysis and discussion showed that leadership, motivation and work environment had a positive effect on the performance of Luwes Rahayu Supermarket employees.
