Abstract
Nilai perusahaanjmenunjukkan peningkatanjkemakmuran pemegang saham apabila hargabsaham tersebut meningkat. Penelitianjini bertujuan untukjmengujijpengaruh Ukuran Perusahaan, Likuiditas, Profitabilitas, dan Struktur Modal terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada perusahaanjmanufaktur yang terdaftar dijBursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2016-2018. Metode pengambilanmsampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, dengan jumlah data yang diolah sebanyak 430. Alatjanalisis yang digunakan adalan analisisjregresi linear berganda. Hasiljpenelitian menjelaskan Ukuran Perusahaanjberpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.mLikuiditas berpengaruh terhadapnnilai perusahaan. Profitabilitas tidak berpengaruhjterhadap nilai perusahaan. Strukturjmodal tidak berpengaruhjterhadap nilai perusahaan. The FirmjValue shows that the prosprity of stakeholdersjwill increase, if the stockmprice ismincreased as well. This researchmaimsmto tets themeffectmofmSize Firm,mLiquidity, Profitability,nand Capital Structure ofbthe company to the Firm Value at manufacturencompanynthatnregistered in Indonesia’s Stock Exchangenink2016-2018kperiod. Thenmethodnof taking sample that usedjis purposive sampling, with the numberjof data that is processedjas many as 430. Analysisjtooljwich is used is double regressionjanalysis. Thejresult of thisjresearch explained that Firm Size have any influence to the Firm Value; Liquidity have any influence to the Firm Value; Profitability does not have any influence to thejFirm Value;jCapital Structure does not have any influence to thejFirm Value.
