Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan, kompensasi, dan komitmen organisasional terhadap turnover intention karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan PT. Sandang Asia Maju Abadi Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini populasinya adalah karyawan PT. Sandang Asia Maju Abadi Semarang. Teknik pengambilan sampel ini menggunakan purposive sampling dan diperoleh sebanyak 80 responden. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner dan telah diuji validitas dan uji reabilitasnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan regresi linear berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan. Kompensasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan. Komitmen organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan. ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of leadership, compensation, and organizational commitment on turnover intention the employee. This research was conducted on employees of PT. Sandang Asia Maju Abadi Semarang. This study uses a quantitative approach. This research population is employees of PT. Sandang Asia Maju Abadi Semarang. This sampling technique uses purposive sampling and obtained as many as 80 respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study used a questionnaire and had been tested for validity and reliability testing. This study uses the help of multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that leadership has a negative and significant effect on employee turnover intention. Compensation has a negative an significant effect on employee turnover intention. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee turnover intention.
