Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh ukuran perusahaan, pertumbuhan perusahaan, profitabilitas dengan struktur modal sebagai mediasi terhadap nilai perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI 2016-2018. Metode pengambilan sempel dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 381 perusahaan. Pemilihan model menggunakan Uji Chow dan Uji Hausman. Uji selanjutnya (Uji T), (Uji F), analisis Jalur (Path Analisis). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap struktur modal. Pertumbuhan perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap struktur modal. Profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap struktur modal. Ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Pertumbuhan perusahaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Struktur modal berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Struktur modal mampu memediasi antara ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Struktur modal tidak mampu memediasi antara pertumbuhan perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Struktur modal mampu memediasi antara profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan. This study aims to analyze the influence of company size, company growth, profitability with capital as a mediation on firm value. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the IDX 2016-2018. The sampling method in this study was purposive sampling. The sample in this study may be 381 companies. The model selection uses the Chow Test and the Hausman Test. Next test (T test), (F test), Path analysis. The results showed that company size had no significant effect on capital structure. Company growth has a significant negative effect on capital structure. Profitability has a significant positive effect on capital structure. Firm size has no significant effect on firm value. Company growth has no significant effect on firm value. Profitability has no significant effect on firm value. Capital structure has a significant positive effect on firm value. Capital structure that is able to mediate between company size and firm value. The capital structure is unable to mediate between company growth and firm value. Capital structure that is able to mediate between profitability and firm value.
