Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh ukuran perusahaan, leverage, likuiditas, keputusan investasi dan profitabilitas. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan properti, real estate dan building contruction yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa Ukuran Perusahaan berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Leverage berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Likuiditas berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Keputusan Investasi signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dan Profitabilitas signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of company size, leverage, liquidity, investment decisions and profitability. The population of this research is property, real estate and building contruction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling. The type of data used is secondary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the study show that the Company Size variabel has no significant effect on Company Value, Leverage has a significant effect on Company Value, Liquidity has no significant effect on Company Value, a significant Investment Decision on Company Value and Profitability is significant on Company Value.
