Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, lingkungan kerja dan komitmen terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Taspen (PERSERO) KCU Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus dan data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner dengan sampel yaitu 64 responden, dalam pengukuran bentuk skala likert. Uji validitas menggunakan analisis factor konfirmatori, uji reliabilitas dengan nilai Cronbach Alpha, dan uji pengaruh menggunakan analisis linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa motivasi, lingkungan kerja dan komitmen, baik secara partial maupun simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Taspen (PERSERO) KCU Semarang. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, work environment and commitment to the performance of employees of PT. Taspen (PERSERO) KCU Semarang. This study uses the census method and primary data obtained through a questionnaire with a sample of 64 respondents, in a Likert scale measurement. Validity test uses confirmatory factor analysis, reliability test with Cronbach Alpha value, and the effect test uses multiple linear analysis. The results of this study indicate that motivation, work environment and commitment, both partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Taspen (PERSERO) KCU Semarang.
