Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk bagaimana motivasi berprestasi, efikasi diri dan budaya organisasi terpersepsi terhadap komitmen organisasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah PT.Equityworld Futures Cabang Semarang dengan jumlah sampel yang diambil 100 responden . Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Data tersebut dianalisis dengan menggunakan SPSS seri 24. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian memiliki beberapa temuan hipotesis ke I dinyatakan diterima yang hasilnya motivasi berprestasi dapat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional, kemudian untuk hipotesis ke II dan ke III dinyatakan diterima, yakni efikasi diri dan budaya organisasi terpersepsi dapat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional. Hasil hipotesis ketiga variabel bebas dinyatakan diterima ABSTRACT This study aims to find out how achievement motivation, self-efficacy, organizational culture towards organizational commitment. The population in this study is PT. Equityworld Futures Semarang Branch with a number of samples taken by 100 respondents. The data collection method used questionnaire data . The Data was analyzed by using SPSS series 24 . the results obtained from this study have several findings that the hypothesis I was declared acceptable the results of achievement motivation can has positive and significant influence on organizational commitment, then for hypothesis II and III are accepted, namely self-efficacy and organizational culture have positive and significant influence on organizational commitment, The results of the third hypotesis of the independent variables declared acceptable.
