Abstract

Tujuan dalam riset ini untuk menguji pengaruh antara lingkungan kerja, kepribadian serta kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Riset ini memakai sampel pegawai pada Dinas Pertanian dan Perkebunan Provinsi Jawa Tengah sejumlah 80 pegawai. Teknik pengolahan data pada riset ini, untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel independen dengan variabel dependen menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Secara keseluruhan lingkungan kerja, kepribadian serta kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. Secara individu kinerja tidak dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan kerja, kinerja dipengaruhi positif dan signifikan oleh kepribadian serta kinerja dipengaruhi positif dan signifikan oleh kompetensi. Variabel yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai dalam riset ini adalah kompetensi. ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to test the influence between work environment, personality and competence on employee performance. This research used the sample of employees at the provincial agriculture and plantation office of 80 employees. Data processing techniques on this research, to test the relationship between independent variables with dependent variables using multiple linear regression. Overall work environment, personality, and competence are influential to performance. Individually performance is not influenced by the work environment, performance is positively and significantly influenced by personality as well as performance is positively and significantly influenced by competence. A variable that greatly affects the performance of employees in this research is competence.
