Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan, motivasi dan budaya organisasi terhadap kineja karyawan di PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Kanca Semarang Pattimura. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer, yaitu data yang secara langsung dari sumber asli berupa kuesioner. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Pengambilan sampel sejumlah 75 responden dilakukan dengan teknik sample jenuh dengan jumlah sample sebanyak 75 responden. Data yang terkumpuldianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis factor untuk menguji validitas item pertanyaan, pengujian reliabilitas menggunakan Cronbach’s alpha dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan program output SPSS versi 21. Hasil dari analisis dan pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (2) Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (3) Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. ABSTRACT This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership, motivation and organizational culture on the performance of employees at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Kanca Semarang Pattimura. The type of data used is primary data, that is data directly from the original source in the form of a questionnaire. The population of this research is the employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Sampling of 75 respondents was done by saturated sample technique with a total sample of 75 respondents. Data collected was analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of question items, reliability testing using Cronbach's alpha and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression. Data processing is done by SPSS version 21 output program. The results of the analysis and discussion show that: (1) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (3) Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
