Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Objek pada penelitian ini adalah DPRD Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai pada DPRD Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 150 orang. Metode pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah Conveniece sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan uji hipotesis yang menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan aplikasi olah data IBM SPSS Statistics versi 19. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Motivasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. ABSTRACT This study examines the influence of leadership style, motivation, and work environment on employee performance. The object of this study at the DPRD Of Central Java Provincial. The population in this study were all employees of the DPRD Of Central Java Provincial. The sample of this study was 150 people. The sampling method in this study is convenience sampling. Data analysis methods used in this study are the validity test, reliability test, and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis using data processing applications IBM SPSS Statistics version 19. The results of this study indicate that the leadership style variable has no significant positive effect on employee performance . Motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance. The Work Environment has a significant positive effect on employee performance.
