Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh kompetensi, disiplin kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap efektivitas kerja. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. TASPEN (Persero) KCU Semarang dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. TASPEN (Persero) KCU Semarang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh, dimana semua populasi dijadikan sampel yang berjumlah 52 responden. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang mana responden menjawab sesuai dengan skala likert melalui daftar pertanyaan yang disebarkan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa, kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh tidak siginifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja. ABSTRACT This study examines the effect of competence, work discipline and organizational culture on work effectiveness. This type of research is quantitative research. This research was conducted at PT. TASPEN (Persero) Semarang KCU using multiple linear regression analysis. The study population was all employees of PT. TASPEN (Persero) KCU Semarang. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling, where all populations are sampled with 52 respondents. Data collection methods in this study used a questionnaire in which respondents responded according to the Likert scale through a list of questions distributed. The results of this study can be concluded that, competence has a positive and significant effect on work effectiveness. Work discipline has no significant effect on work effectiveness. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on work effectiveness.
